摘　　要：唐代长寿医家孙思邈所撰《千金翼方》中的《养老大例》与《养老食疗》系中医史上首次对养老理论、方法进行系统总结,构建了养老的理论体系,对后世养老理论的发展产生了深远影响。文章立足于此二篇原文,基于道术结合传承理论,首先总结了孙思邈的养老之道,进而以道统术,对孙思邈的养老之术及其中的食药疗养部分进行了探讨,深入剖析其食药疗养方剂组方之内在规律,最后提出在道术结合传承之中应当重点关注在道的指导下,术为应对形势变化而产生的相应变动,并着重总结其内在思维,希望以此过程实现“师古而不拘于古”之目的,同时为孙思邈乃至古代中医学术思想的全面传承及诊疗经验的创新应用提供参考与借鉴。SUN Simiao,a long-lived doctor in the Tang dynasty,wrote Pension Principle and Diet Therapy for the Aged in Qianjin Yi Fang,which were the first time in the history of traditional Chinese medicine to systematically summarize the theories and methods of old-age care,and constructed the theoretical system of old-age care,which had a far-reaching impact on the development of old-age care theory in later generations.Based on these two original texts and the inheritance theory of the combining of way and method,this paper first summarizes SUN Simiao's way of providing for the aged,and then discusses SUN Simiao's way of providing for the aged and the part of food and medicine recuperation with the help of Taoism,and deeply analyzes the internal laws of his prescription legislation of food and medicine recuperation.Finally,it puts forward that under the guidance of Taoism,technology should focus on the corresponding changes in response to the situation changes,and emphatically summarizes its internal thinking.It is hoped that this process will achieve the goal of ‘learning from the past without being limited to the past',and at the same time provide reference for the comprehensive inheritance of SUN Simiao and even ancient Chinese medicine academic thoughts and the innovative application of diagnosis and treatment experience.
