基于共生菌探讨调气解毒论治肺癌的作用机制

摘　　要：共生菌与肺癌之间存在明显相关性,可能通过免疫、炎症、代谢等途径影响肺癌的发生发展。气机正常升降出入是一切生命活动的基础,文章通过类比论述了共生菌与气机运动在动态平衡、助脾运化、情志调节方面的相通之处,并以此为基础进一步探讨共生菌在肺癌发生发展中的关键作用,提出气机失调、毒邪内聚是共生菌紊乱影响肺癌的重要病机。提出以调气解毒为基本治则,探讨中药通过干预“媒介”共生菌以达论治肺癌的作用机制,以期为中医药论治肺癌提供新思路。There is an obvious correlation between symbiotic bacteria and lung cancer,through immune,inflammatory,metabolic and other aspects.Ascending and descending of qi movement is the basis of all life activities.Based on the relationship and similarity between symbiotic bacteria and qi movement in dynamic balance,digestion and intervention of emotions,we try to explore the key role of symbiotic bacteria in the occurrence and development of lung cancer.We think qi movement disorder and poison cohesion are important mechanisms of disordered symbiotic bacteria to affect lung cancer.We also explore the therapeutic principle about lung cancer through the intervention of ‘intermediary' symbiotic bacteria by traditional Chinese medicine with the theory of regulating qi and detoxification.Hoping to provide a new idea of treating lung cancer with traditional Chinese medicine.
