六经学说指导下治疗高度近视的临证经验

摘　　要：高度近视为临床常见眼科疾病,在我国发病率高,可引起严重并发症,对患者视力造成不可逆损害,西医药物、手术等治疗手段有局限性。中医眼科六经学说历史悠久,体系完整,可应用于高度近视的临床治疗。文章将总结许家骏教授在中医眼科六经理论指导下治疗高度近视的思路和经验方法,根据患者眼部及全身表现循经辨证,在补肾调肝基础上益肺养心、补血活血,佐用清热祛风类引经药,正邪兼顾,以达目明,并改善全身症状,为临床提供新思路。High myopia(HM) is a common disease in clinical ophthalmology,which can cause serious complications and permanently damage to patients' eyesight.China is a typical country with a high incidence rate of HM.And Western medicine treatments such as medicine and surgery have limitations.The six meridians of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)ophthalmology has a long history and a complete system,which can be applied to the clinical treatment of high myopia.This article will summarize thinking and experience of professor XU Jiajun in the treatment of high myopia under the guidance of the six meridians of TCM ophthalmology.According to the patient's ocular and systemic manifestations,he treats based on syndrome differentiation and meridians,by tonifying kidney and regulating liver,nourishing lung and heart,replenishing blood and promoting blood circulation,in addition with heat-clearing and wind-dispelling medicine.Through these methods,we can strengthen healthy qi and eliminate pathogenic qi to promote eyesight,improve the systemic symptom and provide new insights for clinical treatment.
