摘　　要：痹证是中医疗法的优势病种。中医先贤在痹证分类、诊疗等方面积累了大量经验。五体痹中,筋痹、肉痹二者发病者众,论治者广。然此二者相互影响、彼此临近、关系复杂,临床常难辨识。文章立足临床辨治之需,从筋痹、肉痹概念切入,详述了二者的辨识方法与复杂关联,最终落脚于名医痹证针刺治疗经验,从针刺经脉、部位、结构、刺法等方面对其进行阐释,以飨读者。Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has demonstrated significant advantages in treatment of impediment disorders.Sinew impediment and muscle impediment are the two most prevalent types of Five-Body tissue impediment,exhibiting high similarity and complex interrelationships,which pose challenges in clinical differentiation.This article starts by defining sinew impediment and muscle impediment,then explores methods for distinguishing between them.Crucially,it draws on the acupuncture experience of the renowned TCM practitioner,elucidating practical acupuncture techniques from perspectives such as meridians,locations,local anatomical structures,and needling methods,to meet the needs of clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment.
