摘　　要：皮肤病种类繁多,病程缠绵,对患者生理、心理都有较大影响。张晓杰教授以阴阳为纲,遵循天人相应,重视脉诊,善用“脉息-运气-经典方”思路。以脉息辨少气、平人、脉躁,结合五运六气理论,从平调脏腑、启玄府调津液、调腠理和营卫角度,运用经典方辨治皮肤病,疗效显著,对临床治疗有参考和借鉴意义。There are many kinds of dermatosis and the course of disease is lingering,which has a great impact on the physiology and psychology of patients.Professor ZHANG Xiaojie takes yin and yang as the basis,following the correspondence of heaven and human being,paying attention to pulse diagnosis,making good use of the theory of ‘pulse respiration-five evolutive phases and six climatic factors-classical prescription'.Using pulse-respiratory ratio to distinguish deficiency of qi,dysphoria of pulse and normal person,combined with the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors distinguishing and treating from the perspective of leveling the internal organs,adjusting the jin liquid of sweat pore,adjusting the muscular interstices and yingwei.The therapeutic effect is remarkable.It has reference significance for clinical treatment.
