摘　　要：中医儿科临床如遇疑难杂病,疗效每多受限。陈永灿主任提出,儿科顽疾临证思辨要求本溯源,多从经典医籍中找思路,着重考虑脏腑关系如脾心肝胆的关系,先天肾和后天脾的调补也是关键。治疗方面,采用通补兼施之法,善用四君子汤、贞元饮、百合汤等简易名方组合,用药多取桑叶、蝉蜕、荆芥、厚朴花等轻灵之品。文章结合儿童发作性睡病、小儿舌裂和小儿特应性皮炎三则病案举例,介绍陈永灿临证经验。When encountering difficult and miscellaneous diseases in traditional Chinese medicine pediatric clinical practice,the therapeutic effect is often limited.Director CHEN Yongcan proposed that clinical reasoning for pediatric persistent diseases requires tracing the source and seeking ideas from classic medical literature,emphasize the relationship between organs such as the spleen,heart,liver and gallbladder,the regulation and supplementation of the congenital kidney and acquired spleen are also crucial.In terms of treatment,a combination of tonifying and tonifying methods is adopted,and simple famous formulas such as Sijunzi Decoction,Zhenyuan Yin,and Baihe Decoction are effectively used.Medications often use light and agile products such as mulberry leaves,cicada molts,Jingjie,and Houpu flowers.By combining three cases of pediatric narcolepsy,pediatric cleft tongue,and pediatric atopic dermatitis as examples,this article specifically introduces CHEN Yongcan's clinical experience.
