自拟清肝泻肺汤的临证经验

摘　　要：田国庆教授自拟的清肝泻肺汤是由《伤寒论》小柴胡汤和《小儿药证直诀》泻白散化裁而来。清肝泻肺汤由柴胡、法半夏、黄芩、党参、生桑白皮、地骨皮6味药组成,其功用是清肝热、泻肺火、调脾胃,治疗肝火犯肺、肝肺热盛的病证。清肝泻肺汤临床运用广泛,效果显著,文章对其进行了总结。Professor TIAN Guoqing has prepared the Qinggan Xiefei Decoction which is coming from Small Chaihu Decoction of Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Powder for Expelling Lung-heat of Formula for Children's Medicine.Qinggan Xiefei Decoction is composed of six herbal medicines,including Bupleurum chinense,Pinellia ternate Breit,Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi,Codonopsis tangshen Oliv,Cortex Mori,and Cortex Lycii.Its function is to clear liver heat,purge lung fire and regulate spleen and stomach.It can be uesd to treat of diseases and syndromes of wood-fire impairs the metal and liver and lung excessive heat.This paper summarizes Qinggan Xiefei Decoction,because it is widely used in clinical practice and has remarkable effects.
