中医药治疗前列腺癌去势综合征关键问题探讨

摘　　要：前列腺癌是常见男性恶性肿瘤。去势治疗是中、高危前列腺癌的基础治疗,贯穿治疗始终。去势治疗在控制肿瘤的同时也会带来一系列不良反应,持续影响患者生活质量,临床称之为前列腺癌去势综合征。中医药在其治疗方面具有一定优势。既往研究从多角度评价中医药治疗前列腺癌去势综合征临床疗效,但尚缺乏高等级临床证据;实验研究从调节神经-内分泌-免疫网络的角度探讨中医药治疗前列腺癌去势综合征作用机制,但仍需系统揭示其科学内涵;此外,针灸、气功、耳针等非药物疗法在治疗前列腺癌去势综合征方面还有很大潜力,有待进一步挖掘。总之,以去势综合征为重点加强前列腺癌全程管理,将促进中医药防治前列腺癌整体水平提高。Prostate cancer is a common male malignancy.Castration therapy is the basic treatment for intermediate and high-risk prostate cancer,and is used throughout the treatment.Castration therapy can control the tumor,but it also brings a series of side effects that continue to affect the quality of life of patients,which is clinically known as prostate cancer castration syndrome.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has certain advantages in its treatment.Previous studies have evaluated the clinical efficacy of TCM in treating prostate cancer castration syndrome from multiple perspectives,but there is still a lack of high-level clinical evidence;experimental studies have explored the mechanism of TCM in treating prostate cancer castration syndrome from the perspective of regulating the neuroendocrine-immune network,but there is still a need to systematically reveal its scientific connotation;moreover,non-drug therapies such as acupuncture,Qigong,and ear acupuncture have great potential in treating prostate cancer castration syndrome,which needs to be further explored.In conclusion,focusing on castration syndrome and strengthening the whole process of prostate cancer management will promote the overall level of TCM prevention and treatment of prostate cancer.
