摘　　要：银屑病复发是中西医防治共同难题,其病情演变呈现动态性、复杂性、非线性的特点,且具有显著个体差异性。动态预测模型充分利用预测因子的时变信息,实时更新预测风险结果,有望预测银屑病复发的临界状态,揭示银屑病复发病情演变规律。据此设想基于银屑病复发中医临床试验数据,构建银屑病复发动态预测模型,为银屑病复发防治的科学预警及临床决策提供依据。The relapse of psoriasis is a common problem in the prevention and treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine.The evolution of psoriasis is dynamic,complex and non-linear,and has significant individual differences.The dynamic prediction model makes full use of the time-varying information of the predictors and updates the prediction results in real time,which is expected to predict the critical state of psoriasis relapse and reveal the evolution law of psoriasis relapse.Based on the data of traditional Chinese medicine clinical trials of psoriasis relapse,a dynamic prediction model of psoriasis relapse is constructed to provide a basis for scientific early warning and clinical decision-making of psoriasis relapse prevention and treatment.
