基于中医证型分析中医药调节肠道微生物群治疗失眠的研究进展

摘　　要：失眠是睡眠障碍的一种常见类型,中医称为“不寐”。研究表明,肠道微生物群与失眠关系密切,而中医药通过调节肠道微生物群可有效改善睡眠状况。现代医学研究认为,肠道微生物群与宿主免疫代谢系统之间相互作用会影响身体其他器官的功能,从而形成相应的肠道-器官轴。研究发现,肠道微生物群失调引起肠道-器官轴失衡导致机体器官功能异常,可能是失眠发生的重要机制之一。文章基于失眠的中医理论和现代微生物群研究机制,从脾胃不和、心脾两虚和肝火扰心等中医证型论述和分析中医药通过肠-脑轴、肠-心轴、肠-肝轴调节肠道微生物群治疗失眠的研究进展,以期为中医药临床治疗失眠的机制研究提供新的思路。Insomnia is a common type of sleep disorder called ‘sleeplessness' in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Studies have shown that the intestinal microbiota is closely related to insomnia,and TCM can effectively improve sleep by regulating the intestinal microbiota.Modern medical research suggests that the interaction between the gut microbiota and the host's immune metabolic system affects the function of other organs in the body,thus forming the corresponding gut-organ axis.Studies have found that the imbalance of the gut-organ axis caused by the imbalance of the gut-organ axis leads to abnormal organ function,which may be one of the important mechanisms of insomnia.Based on the TCM theory of insomnia and the research mechanism of modern microbiota,this paper discusses and analyzes the research progress of TCM in the treatment of insomnia through the regulation of intestinal microbiota by the gut-brain axis,gut-heart axis and gut-liver axis in the treatment of insomnia from the perspective of spleen and stomach discord,cardio and spleen deficiency and liver disturbing heart type to provide new ideas for the study of the mechanism of clinical treatment of insomnia in TCM.
