黄芪有效成分防治肺癌的作用机制研究进展

摘　　要：肺癌在全球范围内致死率逐年攀升,而目前临床上治疗过程常存在骨髓抑制现象及免疫功能下降等不良反应。黄芪为经典补虚中药,临床上广泛用于免疫系统疾病的治疗,近年来研究证实黄芪具有较强的抗肿瘤作用,主要通过促进肿瘤细胞凋亡、抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、调节肿瘤细胞周期、进行免疫调节、抑制肿瘤细胞侵袭及转移、协同增敏、逆转多药耐药等途径发挥防治肺癌的作用。文章对其抗肺癌作用及机制进行综述,以期为黄芪在临床中的应用提供新的思路和治疗策略。The mortality rate of lung cancer is increasing year by year in the world,and there are often adverse reactions such as bone marrow suppression and decreased immune function in the current clinical treatment process.Astragalus membranaceus is a classic Chinese medicine for tonifying deficiency.In recent years,studies have confirmed that Astragalus membranaceus has a strong anti-tumor effect,mainly by promoting tumor cell apoptosis,inhibiting tumor cell proliferation,regulating tumor cell cycle,immunomodulation,inhibiting tumor cell invasion and metastasis,synergistic sensitization,reversing multidrug resistance,etc.This article reviews its anti-lung cancer effects and mechanisms,in order to provide new ideas and treatment strategies for the clinical application of Astragalus membranaceus.
