川产道地药材枳壳资源与种植现状调查与分析

摘　　要：目的:调查道地药材川枳壳资源分布和种植现状并作深入分析,为川产道地药材枳壳优质资源可持续发展提供科学参考。方法:通过实地走访的方式对18个区县85个乡镇的枳壳主产区的资源和种植现状进行调研。结果:经调查,川枳壳栽培品种目前以酸橙、代代花酸橙为主,有少量的臭橙、黄皮酸橙和香橙。集中分布在海拔150~1 110 m,东经105°26’~109°52’,北纬28°44’~31°20’区域内。截至2021年12月总种植面积约4 150 hm2,投产面积3 380 hm2,药材产量约5 000 t。盲目引种、自繁自育、产业规模不集中是川枳壳资源利用现状最突出的问题。结论:基于调查结果,提出不仅要加强优质资源的保护,还应积极推广规范化种植和采收加工技术,从源头提升川枳壳药材质量,促进枳壳产业高质量、可持续发展。Objective:To investigate the resource distribution and planting status of authentic medicinal material Aurantii Fructus from Sichuan and make an in-depth analysis,so as to provide a scientific reference for the sustainable development of high-quality resources of authentic medicinal material Aurantii Fructus produced in Sichuan.Methods:The resources and planting status of Aurantii Fructus in 85 villages and towns of 18 counties were investigated by field visits.Results:According to the investigation,the main cultivated varieties of Aurantii Fructus from Sichuan were Citrus aurantium L.and Citrus aurantium ‘Daidai',with a small amount of Citrus aurantium ‘Huangpi',Citrus aurantium ‘Xiucheng' and Citrus aurantium×junos.It was mainly distributed in the area with the altitude of 150-1 110 m,the longitude of 105°26'-109°52',and the latitude of 28°44'-31°20'.In December 2021,the total planting area of Aurantii Fructus was about 4 150 hm2,the production area was 3 380 hm2,and the yield of medicinal materials was about 5 000 t.Blind introduction,self-propagation and self-cultivation,and non-centralized industrial scale were the most prominent problems in the resource utilization of Aurantii Fructus form Sichuan.Conclusion:Based on the results of the current survey,it is proposed that in addition to strengthening the protection of high-quality resources and breeding of good varieties,standardized planting and harvesting and processing techniques should be actively promoted to improve the development of the industry of Aurantii Fructus.
