摘  要:目的:建立瑶药董殃咪中5个成分(绿原酸、新绿原酸、隐绿原酸、异绿原酸A及异绿原酸C)的一测多评含量测定方法。方法:采用广州菲尼根X-Peonyx C_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),甲醇-0.1%甲酸为流动相,梯度洗脱;检测波长327 nm,柱温30℃。以绿原酸为内标物,采用多点校正法,分别建立与其余成分相对校正因子,并计算8批瑶药董殃咪样品的4个待测物的含量,与外标法进行比较,验证一测多评法的准确性和可行性。结果:新绿原酸、隐绿原酸、异绿原酸A及异绿原酸C相对校正因子分别为1.045、0.927、1.292、1.198,一测多评法与外标法无显著差异。结论:建立的瑶药董殃咪的一测多评法,准确可行,简便稳定,可节省大量对照品使用,为该药材的质量控制提供理论基础。Objective:To establish a method for the evaluation of 5 components(chlorogenic acid,neochlorogenic acid,cryptochlorogenic acid,isochlorogenic acid A and isochlorogenic acid C) in Yao medicine Galium aparine through quantitative analysis of multi-components with single marker(QAMS).Methods:Feinigen X-Peonyx C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)was used,the mobile phase was methanol-0.1% formic acid aqueous solution for gradient elution,the detection wavelength was 327 nm,and the column temperature was 30 ℃.With chlorogenic acid as the internal standard,the relative correction factors with other components were established by multi-point correction method,and the contents of 4 substances to be measured in 8 batches of Yao medicine Galium aparine samples were calculated,and compared with the external standard method,to verify the accuracy and feasibility of the QAMS method.Results:The relative correction factors of neochlorogenic acid,cryptochlorogenic acid,isochlorogenic acid A and isochlorogenic acid C were 1.045,0.927,1.292,1.198,respectively.The results of QAMS method had not significantly differents compared with the external standard method.Conclusion:The QAMS method is accurate and feasible,simple and stable,and can save a lot of reference substances and provide a theoretical basis for the quality control of Yao medicine Galium aparine.
