摘　　要：冠心病是由一系列复杂因素引起的病理过程,从血管内皮细胞损伤、斑块形成、斑块破裂引起急性心肌梗死、心梗后心肌缺血再灌注损伤以及心室重构,炎症反应都贯穿始终。NLRP3炎症小体是先天免疫系统的组成部分,与无菌性炎症密切相关,也参与了冠心病的发生发展。因此,NLRP3炎症小体特异性抑制剂是目前临床药物研究的潜在靶点,为治疗冠心病提供新的治疗方案。本文就NLRP3在冠心病中的不同阶段,如动脉粥样硬化、急性心肌梗死以及梗死后心室重构中的作用机制进行分析,同时对目前NLRP3炎症小体特异性抑制剂相关药物也予以讨论。Coronary heart disease is a pathological process caused by a series of complex factors,vascular endothelial cell damage,plaque formation,acute myocardial infarction caused by plaque rupture,myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury after myocardial infarction,ventricular remodeling,the inflammatory response throughout.The NLRP3 inflammasome is a component of the innate immune system,is closely related to sterile inflammation,and is also involved in the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease.Therefore,specific inhibitors of NLRP3 inflammasome are potential targets for current clinical drug research,providing new treatment options for the treatment of coronary heart disease.This article discusses the mechanism of action of NLRP3 on different stages of coronary heart disease,such as atherosclerosis,acute myocardial infarction,and post-infarction ventricular remodeling.It also briefly discusses the current drugs related to specific inhibitors of NLRP3 inflammasome.
