摘　　要：慢性肾脏病(chronic kidney disease,CKD)是一种严重的慢性疾病,其发病率逐年上升。药物治疗是CKD管理的重要组成部分,但由于患者需要长期服药,且病情复杂多变,用药管理面临诸多挑战。“互联网+”居家护理服务的概念在2015年国家卫健委正式发布的《关于积极推进“互联网+”行动的指导意见》中被提出。“互联网+”居家护理服务是一种利用互联网技术,为需要在家庭条件下进行医疗护理的患者提供专业护理服务的模式,这种服务模式通过线上申请和线下服务相结合的方式打破了传统护理服务在时间和空间上的限制,扩大了服务范围,提高了护理服务的灵活性和效率。本文综述近年的相关研究成果,旨在为“互联网+”居家护理服务在慢性肾脏病用药管理中的现状与发展提供临床应用参考依据。Chronic kidney disease(CKD)is a serious chronic disease,and its incidence rate is increasing year by year.Drug therapy is an important component of CKD management,but due to the need for long-term medication and the complexity and variability of the condition,medication management faces many challenges.The concept of“Internet plus”home care service is the Guiding Opinions on Actively Promoting the“Internet plus”Action Plan officially issued by the National Health Commission in 2015.“Internet plus”home care service is a mode of using Internet technology to provide professional nursing services for patients who need medical care at home.Through the combination of online application and offline service,this service mode breaks the time and space constraints of traditional nursing services,expands the scope of services,and improves the flexibility and efficiency of nursing services.This article reviews the relevant research achievements in recent years,aiming to provide clinical reference for the status and development of“Internet plus”home care services in the management of chronic kidney disease medication.
