锁定加压钢板内固定术与常规钢板内固定术的安全性及近期疗效对比研究

摘　　要：目的研究锁定加压钢板内固定手术治疗四肢创伤性骨折的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2022年6月-2023年6月天津市滨海新区大港医院收治的72例四肢骨折患者的临床资料,按照手术方式的不同分为研究组(锁定加压钢板内固定)和对照组(常规钢板内固定),每组36例。比较两组优良率、手术相关指标及并发症发生率,比较两组术前、术后骨愈合指标。结果研究组优良率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组手术时间、骨折愈合时间、住院时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05),术中失血量显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。术后,研究组IGF、BMP-2、PICP水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与常规钢板内固定术相比,锁定加压钢板内固定术治疗四肢创伤性骨折患者的临床效果更为显著。Objective To study the clinical effect of locking compression plate internal fixation in the treatment of traumatic fractures of extremities.Methods The clinical data of 72 patients with limb fractures admitted to Dagang Hospital,Binhai New Area,Tianjin from June 2022 to June 2023 were retrospectively analyzed,they were divided into study group(locking compression plate internal fixation)and control group(conventional plate internal fixation)according to different surgical methods,36 cases in each group.The excellent and good rate,surgery-related indexes and complication rate of the two groups were compared,bone healing indexes was compared between the two groups before and after operation.Results The excellent and good rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The operation time,fracture healing time and hospital stay of the study group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the intraoperative blood loss was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).After operation,the levels of IGF,BMP-2 and PICP in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional plate internal fixation,locking compression plate internal fixation is more effective in the treatment of traumatic fracture of extremities.
