基于ERAS理念的新媒体技术在宫腹腔镜联合手术术前访视中的效果研究

摘　　要：目的本研究旨在探究基于ERAS理念的新媒体技术在首次行宫腹腔镜联合手术术前访视中的应用效果。方法选取2023年6月-11月在本院进行宫腹腔镜手术的121例患者作为研究对象。根据入院先后顺序,将患者随机分为对照组(n=61)和实验组(n=60)。对照组采用传统的常规方法进行术前访视和宣教,而实验组则采用基于ERAS理念的新媒体技术进行术前访视。比较两组患者在术前访视后的焦虑抑郁评分、术前准备质量、手术配合程度及术前访视满意度。结果实验组患者的焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组(P<0.01)。实验组患者手术相关知识水平高于对照组(P<0.01)。实验组患者的手术配合度和访视满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于ERAS理念应用新媒体技术的术前访视能够在首次行宫腹腔镜手术患者中,减轻患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高患者对手术知识掌握的水平,同时也能够提高手术配合度及术前访视的满意度。Objective The purpose of this study was to explore the application of ERAS-based new media technology in the preoperative visit of patients undergoing the first combined hysteroscopy and laparoscopy.Methods A total of 121 patients from June to November 2023 were enrolled in the study.Patients were randomly divided into control group(n=61)and experimental group(n=60)according to the Order of admission.The control group used the traditional routine method to carry on the preoperative visit and the propaganda,while the experimental group used the new media technology based on the ERAS concept to carry on the preoperative visit,and based on the traditional preoperative visit,add preoperative visit video,and explain,after the preoperative visit,issued preoperative visit video two-dimensional code,so that patients scan the code at any time to watch and learn.The scores of anxiety and depression,the quality of preoperative preparation,the degree of cooperation and the satisfaction of preoperative visit were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of anxiety and depression in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).The level of surgery-related knowledge in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).The cooperation degree and satisfaction degree of the patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of new media technology based on the concept of ERAS can effectively improve the effect of preoperative visit and reduce the anxiety and depression of patients undergoing hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy for the first time,to improve the level of surgical knowledge of patients,but also to improve the degree of cooperation with surgery and preoperative visit satisfaction.
