摘 要:重症监护病房(ICU)二胎产后返岗护理人员工作压力是影响护理人员身心健康及护理质量的重要问题。本综述旨在探讨ICU二胎产后返岗护理人员所面临的工作压力源,并提出有效的解决策略。通过识别工作量、工作强度、时间压力、家庭责任、身体恢复、情绪波动等主要压力源,从组织、个人和社会三个层面提出包括人力资源政策、工作环境优化、支持计划、时间管理、情绪调节和职业发展策略等解决措施,以期为护理管理者和政策制定者提供参考和启示,从而促进ICU二胎产后返岗护理人员的身心健康,提高护理服务质量。The work stress of nursing staff returning to work after second birth in intensive care unit(ICU)is an important problem that affects their physical and mental health and nursing quality.The purpose of this review is to explore the source of work stress faced by nursing staff returning to work after second birth in ICU,and put forward effective strategies to solve it.By identifying the main stressors,such as workload,work intensity,time pressure,family responsibilities,physical recovery,and mood swings,the solution measures including human resource policy,work environment optimization,support plan,time management,emotional regulation and career development strategies are proposed from the three levels of organization,individual and society.It is expected to provide reference and inspiration for nursing managers and policy makers,so as to promote the physical and mental health of nursing staff returning to work after second birth in ICU and improve the quality of nursing service.
