艾司氯胺酮复合臂丛神经阻滞在小儿上肢骨折手术中的应用及对体征波动的影响

摘　　要：目的分析小儿上肢骨折手术中应用艾司氯胺酮复合臂丛神经阻滞的效果和对体征波动的影响。方法选取我院收治的80例小儿上肢骨折手术患儿,将其中40例上肢手术中采用臂丛神经阻滞的患儿纳入对照组,另外40例上肢手术中采用艾司氯胺酮复合臂丛神经阻滞的患儿设为观察组,比较两组上肢骨折手术患儿麻醉效果和手术期间的体征波动情况。结果观察组麻醉效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组上肢手术患儿Ramsay镇静评分明显高于对照组、疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组上肢手术患儿手术期间体征波动幅度低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小儿上肢骨折手术中应用艾司氯胺酮复合臂丛神经阻滞的效果良好,且有利于减少体征的波动。Objective To analyze the effect of esketamine combined with brachial plexus block in children with upper limb fracture surgery and its influence on the fluctuation of vital signs.Methods 80 children with upper limb fracture surgery in our hospital were selected,40 children with brachial plexus block in upper limb surgery were included in the control group,and the other 40 children with esketamine combined with brachial plexus block in upper limb surgery were included in the observation group.The anesthetic effect and the fluctuation of vital signs during surgery were noted.Results The anesthesia effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Ramsay sedation score in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,pain score was lower than that in control group(P<0.05),and the fluctuation range of vital signs during operation in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Esketamine combined with brachial plexus block in the operation of upper limb fracture in children is effective and beneficial to reduce the fluctuation of vital signs.
