右美托咪定复合纳布啡用于椎管内麻醉对下肢骨折手术患者的麻醉效果及认知功能影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨右美托咪定复合纳布啡用于椎管内麻醉对下肢骨折手术患者的麻醉效果及患者术后认知功能的影响。方法选取2023年1月-2024年7月在本院接受手术治疗的128例下肢骨折患者,采用随机数表法分组,每组64例。对照组接受纳布啡麻醉,探究组接受右美托咪定复合纳布啡麻醉。对比两组麻醉效果。结果在T0时,两组患者的生命体征水平对比,无明显差异(P>0.05)。而在T1、T2、T3时,探究组的心率、血氧饱和度及血压水平相较于对照组整体更为平稳(P<0.05)。术后,探究组的认知功能恢复情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论右美托咪定复合纳布啡用于椎管内麻醉在下肢骨折手术中能够提供更稳定的生命体征控制,且术后认知功能恢复更佳,是一种安全有效的麻醉方案。Objective To investigate the anaesthetic effect of dexmedetomidine compounded with nalbuphine for intrathecal anaesthesia on patients undergoing lower limb fracture surgery and its influence on postoperative cognitive function.Methods 128 patients with lower limb fracture who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2023 to July 2024 were selected and grouped into 64 cases in each group using random number table method.The control group received nalbuphine anaesthesia,and the exploratory group received dexmedetomidine combined with nalbuphine anaesthesia.The anaesthetic effects of the two groups were compared.Results At T0,there was no difference in the comparison of vital sign levels between the two groups(P>0.05).And at T1,T2 and T3,the heart rate,oxygen saturation and blood pressure levels of the exploratory group were overall smoother compared to the control group(P<0.05).Postoperatively,the cognitive function recovery in the exploratory group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dexmedetomidine combined with nalbuphine for intrathecal anaesthesia can provide more stable control of vital signs in lower limb fracture surgery and better recovery of cognitive function after surgery,making it a safe and effective anaesthetic method.
