基于责任制整体护理理念的临床护理路径在甲状舌管囊肿术后患儿中的应用价值研究

摘　　要：目的研究基于责任制整体护理理念的临床护理路径在甲状舌管囊肿术后患儿中的应用价值。方法选择2022年1月-2023年12月在上海市儿童医院行甲状舌管囊肿术的80例患儿作为研究对象,随机分为CNP组(40例,采用基于责任制整体护理理念的临床护理路径)和对照组(40例,采用常规护理),比较两组护理效果。结果与对照组比较,CNP组住院时间更短,住院费用和疼痛评分更低(P<0.05)。CNP组护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。CNP组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将基于责任制整体护理理念的临床护理路径应用于甲状舌管囊肿术后患儿中,可有效缓解患儿疼痛,缩短住院时间和减少住院费用,提升护理满意度,且术后并发症低。Objective To study the application value of clinical nursing pathway based on the concept of holistic nursing system in children with thyroglossal duct cyst after surgery.Methods A total of 80 children who underwent thyroglossal cyst surgery in Shanghai Children’s Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into CNP group(40 cases,clinical nursing path based on the concept of holistic nursing system)and control group(40 cases,routine nursing),and the nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results Compared with the control group,the hospital stay in CNP group was shorter,the hospital cost and pain score were lower(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of CNP group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in CNP group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the clinical nursing path based on the concept of holistic care of responsibility system in children with thyroglossal duct cyst can effectively relieve pain,shorten hospital stay and reduce hospital expenses,improve nursing satisfaction,and reduce postoperative complications.
