基于纽曼系统的早期营养管理缓解肠息肉内镜黏膜切除患者术后疼痛的价值及对营养状况的影响

摘　　要：目的探究肠息肉内镜黏膜切除患者应用基于纽曼系统的早期营养管理干预对其术后疼痛及营养状况的影响。方法选取本院115例行内镜黏膜切除术的肠息肉患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分成两组,对照组57例给予纽曼系统护理联合口服肠内营养方案,观察组58例增加早期营养管理干预;观察两组患者的胃肠道蠕动功能、术后疼痛、营养状况以及并发症发生率。结果观察组肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、肛门排便时间改善幅度高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组术后疼痛程度改善幅度高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组营养状况改善幅度高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率3.45%(2/58)明显低于对照组的19.30%(11/57),差异显著(P<0.05,χ^(2)=7.2030)。结论基于纽曼系统的早期营养管理干预肠息肉内镜黏膜切除患者,能够改善患者胃肠道蠕动功能以及营养状况,减轻术后疼痛,降低并发症发生率。Objective To explore the effects of early nutrition management intervention based on Newman system on postoperative pain and nutritional status in patients with endoscopic mucosal resection of intestinal polyps.Methods 115 patients with intestinal polyps who underwent endoscopic mucosal resection in our department were selected as the research objects,and were divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group(n=57)received Newman system nursing combined with oral enteral nutrition program,and the observation group(n=58)received early nutrition management intervention.The gastrointestinal peristalsis function,postoperative pain,nutritional status and the incidence of complications in two groups were observed.Results The improvement range of bowel sound recovery time,anal exhaust time and anal defecation time in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The improvement of postoperative pain degree in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The improvement of nutritional status in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 3.45%(2/58),which was significantly lower than the control group’s 19.30%(11/57),and the difference was significant(P<0.05,χ^(2)=7.2030).Conclusions Early nutrition management intervention based on Newman system in patients with endoscopic mucosal resection of intestinal polyps can improve the gastrointestinal peristalsis function and nutritional status of patients,reduce postoperative pain,and reduce the incidence of complications.
