三伏时令中药贴敷对阳虚质人群的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的研究三伏时令中药贴敷对阳虚质人群的疗效。方法选取2021年6月-2022年6月三伏季节前芜湖市中医医院收治的阳虚质人群101例,随机分为两组,即三伏天组(51例):在三伏天(7月11日、21日、31日及8月10日前后)按协定穴位和药物,每隔约10天贴敷一次,共4次,非三伏天组(50例):在非三伏天(10月8日、18日、28日及11月7日前后)同样操作,也贴敷4次,比较两组的疗效。结果三伏天组的治疗总有效率(96.08%)高于非三伏天组(80.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);三伏天组干预前后临床症状改善情况组内对比差异显著(P<0.05),干预后两组在手脚发凉、忌食生冷、怕冷及腹泻症状上差异显著(P<0.05);三伏天组比非三伏天组的不良反应发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论阳虚质人群经过三伏时令中药贴敷后效果显著,能显著改善患者的症状,且可降低不良反应发生率,值得推广。Objective To study the effect of seasonal Chinese medicine application on Yang deficiency.Methods Select 101 cases of Wuhu City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to June 2022 and randomly divide into two groups,namely dog days group(51 cases):in the dog days(around July 11,21,31 and August 10),apply acupoints and drugs every 10 days,4 times;non-dog days group(50 cases):operate in the dog days(around October 8,18,28 and November 7),and 4 times;compare the efficacy of the two groups.Results The overall response rate of the dog days group(96.08%)was higher than that of the non-dog days group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was a significant difference in the improvement of symptoms before and after intervention in the dog days group(P<0.05);after intervention,the two groups showed significant differences in symptoms such as cold hands and feet,aversion to raw cold food,fear of cold,and diarrhea(P<0.05);the dog days group was more frequent than the non-dog days group(P<0.05).Conclusion After the effect is remarkable,it can significantly improve the symptoms and reduce the frequency of adverse reactions,which is worth popularizing.
