村庄公共空间构建与共同体再造--以浙江省L镇X村为例

摘　　要：改革开放以来,村庄社会公共空间日渐萎缩,呈现碎片化趋势。这一过程也是中国乡村社会日益私性化,社会共识、社会规范和村庄共同体不断解体的过程。公共空间萎缩和碎片化引发了村庄社会的价值危机、伦理危机和治理危机,使得重构乡村社会公共空间,再造村庄共同体刻不容缓。通过对浙江省L镇X村实地考察发现:1.村庄公共空间的建构既是对村庄社会碎片化公共空间的整合,以满足村民间的交往需求,同时对弥合村庄阶层分化、实现村庄文化再造提供了新思路;2.以村庄公共空间为依靠,以村庄社会活动/事件为动力,以建立村庄社会关联为突破,成为再造村庄规范和秩序的有效途径。因此,乡村共同体的再造应该是国家、基层组织和村民三者互构的过程,其中国家作为公共物品和公务服务的提供者,以保障国家对公共物品的有效供给为主;基层组织(或基层政府)通过组织社会活动/社会事件打破农民间的交往壁垒,将分散的农民联系起来,充分发挥其与基层组织的协调作用;而激活村民自组织能力则是建构乡村社会共识、规范与权威的关键,是村庄共同体再造的核心。Since the reform and opening up,the social public space in villages has gradually shrunk and shown a trend of fragmentation.This process is also the increasing privatization of rural society in China,and the continuous disintegration of social consensus,social norms,and village communities.The shrinkage and fragmentation of public spaces have triggered value crises,ethical crises,and governance crises in rural society,making it urgent to reconstruct rural public spaces and rebuild village communities.Through on-site investigation of X Village in L Town,Zhejiang Province,it was found that:1.The construction of village public space is not only an integration of fragmented public spaces in village society to meet the communication needs of villagers,but also provides new ideas for bridging the social stratification of villages and achieving cultural reconstruction of villages;2.Relying on village public spaces,driven by village social activities/events,and breaking through by establishing village social connections,has become an effective way to rebuild village norms and order.Therefore,the reconstruction of rural communities should be a process of mutual construction among the state,grassroots organizations,and villagers.The state,as a provider of public goods and official services,focuses on ensuring the effective supply of public goods by the state;Grassroots organizations(or grassroots governments)break down communication barriers between farmers by organizing social activities/events,connecting dispersed farmers and fully leveraging their coordination role with grassroots organizations;Activating the self-organizing ability of villagers is the key to building consensus,norms,and authority in rural society,and is the core of rebuilding the village community.
