重组人干扰素α-2b阴道泡腾胶囊结合微波治疗宫颈炎伴人乳头状瘤病毒感染的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析宫颈炎伴人乳头状瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)感染患者采用重组人干扰素α-2b阴道泡腾胶囊结合微波治疗的价值。方法随机选取2022年1月—2024年1月福建省罗源县妇幼保健院收治的110例宫颈炎伴HPV感染患者作为研究对象,以不同治疗方法分组,各55例。对照组使用微波治疗、观察组在对照组的基础上增加重组人干扰素α-2b阴道泡腾胶囊治疗,对比两组的临床疗效、炎症因子水平、HPV病毒载量、免疫功能、症状改善时间和复发率。结果观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组白细胞介素-6水平为(0.15±0.04)mg/L、白细胞介素-8水平为(0.40±0.13)mg/L、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平为(0.50±0.14)μg/L、HPV病毒载量为(3.10±0.25)×106,均低于对照组的(0.20±0.06)mg/L、(0.57±0.16)mg/L、(0.64±0.19)μg/L、(3.39±0.30)×106,差异均有统计学意义(t=5.142,6.115,4.399,5.507;P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组免疫功能优于对照组,症状改善时间短于对照组,复发率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论临床采用微波治疗宫颈炎伴HPV感染的同时,使用重组人干扰素α-2b阴道泡腾胶囊联合可产生更好效果,能够缓解患者的炎症水平,快速改善其症状及免疫功能,且复发率较低。Objective To analyze the value of recombinant human interferonα-2b vaginal effervescent capsule combined with microwave therapy in patients with cervicitis and human papillomavirus(HPV)infection.Methods From January 2022 to January 2024,110 patients with cervicitis and HPV infection admitted to Luoyuan County Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Fujian Province were randomly selected as the research objects.They were divided into different treatment groups,55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with microwave therapy,and the observation group was treated with recombinant human interferonα-2b vaginal effervescent capsule on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factor level,HPV viral load,immune function,symptom improvement time and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had interleukin-6 level as(0.15±0.04)mg/L,interleukin-8 level as(0.40±0.13)mg/L,tumor necrosis factor-αlevel as(0.50±0.14)μg/L and HPV viral load as(3.10±0.25)×106,which were all lower than(0.20±0.06)mg/L,(0.57±0.16)mg/L,(0.64±0.19)μg/L and(3.39±0.30)×106 in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=5.142,6.115,4.399,5.507;all P<0.05).After treatment,the immune function of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the symptom improvement time was shorter than that of the control group,and the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical use of microwave therapy of cervicitis with HPV infection at the same time,the use of recombinant human interferonα-2b vaginal effervescent capsules combined can produce better results,alleviate the level of inflammation in patients,quickly improve their symptoms and immune function,and the recurrence rate is
