分析小剂量布地奈德气雾剂吸入治疗支气管哮喘的临床价值

摘　　要：目的分析对支气管哮喘实施小剂量布地奈德气雾剂吸入的治疗效果。方法方便选取2023年5月—2024年5月寿光市人民医院收治的86例支气管哮喘患者为研究对象,根据不同治疗方法分为一般组、分析组,各43例。一般组行基础治疗,分析组加用小剂量布地奈德。比较两组的临床疗效、肺功能、气道功能、症状恢复时间及不良反应发生情况。结果分析组治疗有效率为97.67%(42/43),高于一般组的81.40%(35/43),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.468,P<0.05)。治疗后,分析组呼气流速峰值、用力肺活量及第1秒用力呼气容积均高于一般组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,分析组气道传导率高于一般组,气道阻力低于一般组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。分析组症状恢复时间短于一般组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小剂量布地奈德吸入的方案安全性高,能促进症状恢复,降低气道功能受损程度,使肺功能快速恢复。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of low-dose budesonide aerosol inhalation on bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 86 patients with bronchial asthma admitted to Shouguang People's Hospital from May 2023 to May 2024 were conveniently selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into general group and analysis group,with 43 cases in each group.The general group was treated with basic treatment,and the analysis group was added with low-dose budesonide.The clinical efficacy,lung function,airway function,symptom recovery time and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the analysis group was 97.67%(42/43),which was higher than 81.40%(35/43)in the general group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.468,P<0.05).After treatment,the peak expiratory flow rate,forced vital capacity and forced expiratory volume in the first second in the analysis group were higher than those in the general group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,the airway conductivity of the analysis group was higher than that of the general group,and the airway resistance was lower than that of the general group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The recovery time of symptoms in the analysis group was shorter than that in the general group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Low dose budesonide inhalation has high safety,which can promote the recovery of symptoms,reduce the degree of airway function damage,and quickly restore lung function.
