乙酰半胱氨酸泡腾片治疗继发性肺结核的临床疗效评估

摘　　要：目的探讨乙酰半胱氨酸泡腾片治疗继发性肺结核的临床辅助效果。方法方便选取2021年3月—2024年3月福建省建瓯市立医院收治的继发性肺结核患者104例,根据治疗方案的差异分为对照组(52例,抗结核药物常规治疗)、观察组(52例,在对照组基础上以乙酰半胱氨酸泡腾片辅助治疗)。对比两组临床疗效、炎症因子、免疫因子、肺功能指标和用药期间的不良反应发生情况。结果对比临床治疗总有效率[96.15%(50/52)vs 84.62%(44/52)],观察组比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.983,P<0.05)。与对照组相比,治疗6个月后,观察组炎症因子(白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α)均更低,免疫因子(CD3+、CD4+/CD8+)均更高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。与入院时肺功能指标水平比较,两组治疗6个月后更高,且与对照组相比,观察组肺功能指标水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。不良反应总发生率对比中,两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论继发肺结核患者以抗结核方案常规治疗的同时辅助乙酰半胱氨酸泡腾片可以获得更佳的疾病控制效果,使其机体的炎症情况和免疫情况得到控制和改善,并进一步提高肺功能,治疗方案安全性良好。Objective Explore acetylcysteine effervescent tablets in the treatment of secondary pulmonary tuberculosis auxiliary effects.Methods A total of 104 patients with secondary pulmonary tuberculosis admitted to Fujian Jian'ou Municipal Hospital from March 2021 to March 2024 were conveniently selected and divided into control group(52 cases,routine treatment with anti-tuberculosis drugs)and observation group(52 cases,assisted treatment with acetylcysteine effervescent tablets on the basis of control group)according to the differences in treatment plans.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factors,immune factors,lung function indexes and the occurrence of adverse reactions during medication were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the total effective rate of clinical treatment[96.15%(50/52)vs 84.62%(44/52)],the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.983,P<0.05).Compared with the control group,after 6 months of treatment,the inflammatory factors(interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-α)in the observation group were lower,and the immune factors(CD3+,CD4+/CD8+)were higher,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Compared with the level of lung function index at admission,the level of lung function index in the two groups after 6 months of treatment was higher,and compared with the control group,the level of lung function index in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).In the comparison of the total incidence of adverse reactions,there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Patients with secondary pulmonary tuberculosis treated with conventional anti-tuberculosis regimen combined with acetylcysteine effervescent tablets can achieve better disease control effect,control and improve the body's inflammation and immunity,and further improve lung function.The treatment plan is safe.
