摘　　要：把握全球价值链重构趋势,提升我国制造业产业链韧性,是推动经济高质量发展的重要基础。基于我国省区市区域间投入产出表,从制造业产业链前向联系和后向联系视角对各省份产业联系进行测算,并进一步考察产业链遭遇外部风险时韧性提升路径。研究发现,我国制造业出口增加值主要来自本地增加值以及国内垂直专业化,国际垂直专业化占比总体偏低;各省份制造业出口同样依赖国内增加值和本地增加值,且多数省份制造业出口的国内增加值占比高于本地增加值占比,国际增加值占比分布差异大,东部地区制造业出口增加值的国际垂直专业化占比偏高,特别是高技术制造业已深度融入全球生产活动;从产业链前后向联系来看,广东、江苏、山东等地同国内多数省份具有经济联系,广东、江苏、山东对其他省份出口增加值的贡献明显高于国内其他省份对其的贡献,各省份尤其是中西部地区在国内大生产中的经济联系不足;进一步分析表明,在制造业分工布局基础上,提升产业链韧性有助于提高产业链应对风险的能力。我国产业链韧性提升应通过自主创新攻克关键环节核心技术,通过发挥产业优势和区位优势实现国内跨区域协同,通过强化产业分工合作实现全球价值链地位攀升。Grasping the trend of global value chain restructuring and improving the resilience of China’s manufacturing industry chain is an important foundation for promoting high-quality economic development.The study shows that the added value of China’s manufacturing exports mainly comes from local and domestic,and the proportion of international vertical specialization is relatively low.The manufacturing exports of all provinces depend on local and domestic added value,and the eastern region accounts for a relatively high proportion of international vertical specialization.Guangdong,Jiangsu,Shandong and other places have close economic ties with most provinces,but the domestic economic ties in the central and western regions are insufficient.To improve the resilience of the industrial chain,it is necessary to master core technologies through independent innovation,give full play to industrial and location advantages to achieve domestic synergy,and strengthen division of labor and cooperation to enhance the status of the global value chain.
