数字经济对新质生产力的影响--基于技术创新和地区创业视角

摘　　要：数字经济和人工智能是当代技术进步的核心标志之一。在区块链、人工智能、未来制造等战略性新兴产业和未来产业的共同推动下,形成了与传统生产力本质不同的新质生产力;而新质生产力作为一种新型经济增长动能,正逐步成为推动经济高质量发展的重要引擎。因此,分析新质生产力的内在特征,厘清数字经济对新型生产力的影响及内在机制,对于发展新质生产力、实现中国式现代化具有重要意义。基于2013-2022年中国内地31个省份的面板数据,实证分析数字经济如何影响新质生产力,并深入挖掘其影响机制。研究结果表明:数字经济对于新质生产力发展具有正向显著影响,此结论在经过了工具变量法等内生性检验和替换解释变量等一系列稳健性检验后仍然成立。机制分析发现,技术创新和地区创业在数字经济影响新质生产力的过程中均发挥着中介作用,数字经济通过提高技术创新可以促进新质生产力发展,数字经济还可以通过促进地区创业从而推动新质生产力发展。异质性分析表明,在东部和中部地区、第三产业发展程度高的地区以及经济发展水平高的地区,数字经济对新质生产力的影响更为显著。基于上述研究结论,提出加快数字技术创新和发展、优化区域协调发展政策以及完善创新创业支持体系等建议。Based on panel data from 31 provinces in China's Mainland from 2013 to 2022,this paper empirically analyzes how the digital economy affects new quality productivity and delves into its impact mechanism.The research results indicate that the digital economy has a significant positive impact on the development of new quality productivity,and this conclusion still holds true after a series of robustness tests such as instrumental variable method and substitution of explanatory variables.Mechanism analysis reveals that both technological innovation and regional entrepreneurship play a mediating role in the impact of the digital economy on new quality productivity.The digital economy can promote the development of new quality productivity by enhancing technological innovation,and can also promote regional entrepreneurship to drive the development of new quality productivity.Heterogeneity analysis shows that in the eastern and central regions,regions with high levels of tertiary industry development,and regions with high levels of economic development,the impact of the digital economy on new quality productivity is more significant.Based on the above research conclusions,suggestions are proposed to accelerate the innovation and development of digital technology,optimize regional coordinated development policies,and improve the innovation and entrepreneurship support system..
