摘 要:管道原位破除更新工法(PBR工法)是城市管道更新的新兴非开挖施工方法,利用掘进机破除老旧管道,同步完成新管敷设。为避免旧管道破除时水土流失引起的地表沉降,施工前需对旧管道进行回填。研究采用流态固化土作为回填料,以钙基膨润土和粉煤灰为主要集料进行配制,通过室内试验得出了固化剂掺量、水固比、时间对流态固化土的流动性和固化后强度的影响规律。综合考虑流动性和强度需求后,确定了水固比α=0.60、固化剂掺量Rcs=0.20为适宜管道更新填充用配合比;基于此配合比完成模型试验与工程应用,验证了流态固化土在PBR工法中的应用效果。The Pipe Break-and-Replace(PBR)method is an emerging trenchless construction technique for urban pipeline renewal.It utilizes a tunnel boring machine to break up old pipelines while laying new ones simultaneously.To prevent surface subsidence caused by soil and water loss during the breaking of old pipelines,backfilling of the old pipelines is required before construction.In this study,fluid-solidified soil was used as the backfill material.Calcium-based bentonite and fly ash were used as the main aggregates for preparation.Through indoor experiments,the influence laws of the dosage of solidifier,water-solid ratio,and time on the fluidity of the fluid-solidified soil and the strength after solidification were obtained.After comprehensively considering the requirements of fluidity and strength,a water-solid ratioα=0.60 and a solidifier dosage Rcs=0.20 were determined as the suitable mix proportion for pipeline renewal backfilling.Based on this mix proportion,model tests and engineering applications were carried out to verify the application effect of fluid-solidified soil in the PBR method.
