摘 要:目前我国城市管网建设仍存在未完善区和空白区,污水资源化利用水平尚不能满足城市高速发展的需求。其中,城市管网系统不完善带来的雨季溢流污染问题会导致已完成水体治理的河道出现返黑、返臭现象,严重影响治理的成效。文章综述了国内外雨季溢流污染的现状问题,总结了雨季溢流污染的控制策略,剖析了典型感潮地区溢流污染治理的案例。通过研究发现,雨季溢流污染治理应根据城市管网的实际情况,因地制宜采用综合性措施。研究内容可为针对雨季溢流污染治理的城市排水系统建设和管理提供理论支持和实践指导。Current urban pipe network construction in China still faces challenges such as imperfect coverage and service gaps,while wastewater resource utilization levels remain insufficient to meet the demands of rapid urban development.Notably,incomplete urban drainage systems exacerbate rainy season overflow pollution,leading to recurrent blackening and odor issues in previously rehabilitated water bodies,significantly undermining restoration efforts.This paper reviews global challenges in rainy season overflow pollution,summarizes control strategies,and analyzes typical case from tidal-influenced areas.The study concludes that integrated measures tailored to local pipe network conditions are essential for effective overflow pollution management.The findings provide theoretical support and practical guidance for optimizing urban drainage system planning and governance targeting rainy season overflow pollution.
