某合流制区域内市政污水处理厂进水浓度的研究与分析

摘  要:在国家对污水处理厂处理负荷及污水管网收集效能提出更高要求的背景下,某合流区市政污水处理厂长期存在进水浓度偏低的情况。文章以该厂为研究对象,探究其进水水质长期偏低的原因。研究通过对其上游暗涵及支管涵水质进行摸排调查,采用倒排法对上游暗涵分区、分阶段实施各区段主支管涵关键点位的采样,并及时将样本送往水厂实验室进行水质检测。根据化验结果,分析影响进水浓度的关键因素。结果表明:污水管线沿程污染物浓度受支管涵水质和外源水质的影响较大,严重冲击主管涵水质,导致污染物浓度降低;管涵沿程污染物浓度呈衰减趋势,推测是由于污染物在传输过程中发生降解或下渗。因此,建议后期针对地下水、施工排水等外源性污水入侵问题,进一步排查暗涵和管网外水入侵的原因,并进行相应的技术改造和运行优化。Under the background of the country's higher requirements for the treatment load of sewage treatment plants and the collection efficiency of sewage pipe networks,a municipal sewage treatment plant in a combined sewer area has long faced the situation of low influent concentration.Taking this plant as the research object,this paper explores the reasons for its long-term low influent water quality.Through investigation of the water quality in the upstream culverts and branch pipe culverts,this study uses the back-tracking method to sample key points of the main and branch pipe culverts in each section and stage in a phased manner,and sends the samples to the water plant laboratory for water quality testing in a timely manner.Based on the test results,the key factors affecting the influent concentration are analyzed.The results show that the pollutant concentration along the sewage pipeline is greatly affected by the water quality of the branch pipe culverts and external water sources,which seriously impacts the water quality of the main culvert and leads to a decrease in pollutant concentration.The pollutant concentration along the pipe culvert shows an attenuating trend,which is speculated to be due to the degradation or infiltration of pollutants during the transmission process.Therefore,it is recommended that in the future,for problems such as the invasion of exogenous sewage such as groundwater and construction drainage,further investigation should be carried out on the causes of external water invasion in culverts and pipe networks,and corresponding technical transformation and operation optimization should be carried out.
