摘  要:国内特大城市核心区首批高架桥梁已服役近30年,高架桥上的附属结构也已超过设计使用年限,尤其是防撞护栏亟需更新。文章针对这一问题提出一种新型的防撞护栏预制工艺,并对预埋件、模板、混凝土等相关的关键工艺进行了系统研究,在防撞护栏节段划分上进行了有效优化。同时采用花纹造型模板提高景观效果,并对混凝土配合比进行调整优化。该工艺在上海市内环线年轻化工程中得到了应用实施,效果良好。The first batch of elevated bridges in the core areas of China's megacities has been in service for nearly 30 years,with their ancillary structures(particularly anti-collision guardrails)exceeding their design service life.This paper addresses this issue by proposing a novel prefabrication process for anti-collision guardrails and conducting systematic research on key technologies related to embedded components,formwork,and concrete.The segmentation of guardrail sections is optimized to enhance structural performance,while decorative pattern templates are introduced to improve aesthetic outcomes.Additionally,the concrete mix proportion is adjusted to achieve better performance.This technology has been successfully applied in the Shanghai Inner Ring Road rejuvenation project,demonstrating satisfactory practical results.
