摘　　要：企业数字档案馆建设中存在着诸多风险因素。企业在档案数字化过程以及档案信息数据存储、利用中,要全面分析、梳理其可能存在的风险隐患和薄弱环节,从完善设施设备建设,采用技术防御手段,加强组织、制度、标准、人员队伍建设等方面采取措施,以防范和杜绝风险的发生,确保档案实体和档案信息的安全。The construction of enterprise digital archives involves numerous risk factors.During the process of archive digitization and the storage and utilization of archive information,enterprises must thoroughly analyze and identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.Measures should be taken to improve facility and equipment infrastructure,implement technical defenses,and strengthen organizational structures,policies,standards,and personnel development.These efforts aim to prevent and mitigate risks,ensuring the security of both physical archives and digital information.
