摘　　要：费托合成重质油加热器在进行带压开孔封堵作业时,面临多方面的风险,这些风险可能会对人员安全、设备完整性和环境造成威胁。为保证系统运行和作业安全,分析带压开孔封堵消除漏点存在的安全风险并制定和落实管控措施至关重要。文章结合重质油加热器带压开孔封堵消除漏点的实践,重点探讨费托合成重质油加热器运行期间的风险,并提出带压开孔封堵安全措施,以期能为化工生产安全性能的提升提供有用借鉴。During pressure tapping and plugging operations on Fischer-Tropsch synthetic heavy oil heaters,a variety of risks arise that can threaten personnel safety,equipment integrity,and the environment.To ensure system operation and operational safety,it is crucial to analyze the safety risks associated with pressure tapping and plugging to eliminate leak points,and to develop and implement effective control measures.This paper,based on the practice of pressure tapping and plugging to eliminate leak points in heavy oil heaters,focuses on the risks associated with the operation of Fischer-Tropsch synthetic heavy oil heaters.It proposes safety measures for pressure tapping and plugging to provide a useful reference for enhancing the safety performance of chemical production.
