摘  要:数字化技术,是建筑全生命周期的重要工具,它贯穿到了设计、施工、运维管理的各个阶段。将数字化技术与能源管理技术相结合,探索和发现建筑能源互联网在全生命周期中的应用价值成为我们的研究方向。笔者通过项目实验,实施了基于BIM技术的节能降碳产业技术路线,探索了基于人工智能技术的早期碳排放估算技术,实现了加工制造过程中的能耗管控,打通了运维阶段的能源管理、多能互补、微电网等技术。本文由浅入深地阐述技术路线如何落地、实施,并对项目中的应用价值进行分析。Digital technology is an important tool throughout the entire lifecycle of a building,permeating all stages from design,construction,to operation and maintenance management.By integrating digital technology with energy management technology,exploring and discovering the application value of building energy internet throughout the whole life cycle has become our research direction.Through project experiments,an energy saving and carbon reduction industry technology route is implemented based on BIM technology,and an early carbon emission estimation technology is explored based on artificial intelligence technology,so as to achieve energy consumption control during the manufacturing process,and connecte energy management,multi-energy complementarity,and microgrid technologies in the operation and maintenance stages.This article elaborates on how the technical roadmap is initiated,implemented,and analyzed in depth,as well as its application value in the project.
