摘　　要：绿色低碳城市综合体,通过综合考虑节能建筑材料、高效能源使用、水资源管理及废弃物处理策略,旨在实现资源节约和环境保护的双重目标。本文以青岛市某大型综合体项目为例,详细说明了照明、采光、光伏系统和节水系统设计,展示了现代建筑技术与可持续发展策略的结合,深入分析了绿色低碳理念在城市综合体建筑设计中的应用,强调了绿色设计在提高居住与工作环境质量中的重要性,探讨了其对社会经济发展的积极影响。The green and low-carbon urban complex aims to achieve the dual goals of resource conservation and environmental protection by comprehensively considering energy-saving building materials,efficient energy use,water resource management,and waste disposal strategies.This article takes a large complex project in Qingdao City as an example to illustrate in detail the design of lighting,daylighting,photovoltaic systems,and water-saving systems,demonstrating the integration of modern building technology with sustainable development strategies.It deeply analyzes the application of green and low-carbon concepts in urban complex architectural design,emphasizes the importance of green design in improving the quality of living and working environments,and explores its positive impact on social and economic development.
