摘 要:随着全球气候变化的严峻形势和可持续发展理念的深入人心,绿色低碳已成为建筑行业的重要发展方向。节能材料作为实现建筑绿色低碳目标的关键要素,在房建施工中的应用越来越广泛。本文以某高层建筑设计施工实施为例,介绍新型节能材料凭借其卓越的保温隔热性能、防火阻燃特性和良好的室内舒适度提升效果,显著降低了建筑能耗,提高了能源效率。通过实际应用效果的评估,节能材料不仅提升了建筑能效,还对环境可持续性作出了重要贡献。本文的研究为绿色节能材料在房建施工中的广泛应用提供了有力支持。With the severe situation of global climate change and the deep-rooted concept of sustainable development,green and low carbon has become an important development direction for the construction industry.Energy saving materials,as a key element in achieving green and low-carbon goals in building construction,are increasingly widely used in housing construction.This article takes the design and construction implementation of a high-rise building as an example to introduce new energy-saving materials,which significantly reduce building energy consumption and improve energy efficiency due to their excellent thermal insulation performance,fire retardant characteristics,and good indoor comfort enhancement effects.Through the evaluation of practical application effects,energy-saving materials not only improve building energy efficiency,but also make important contributions to environmental sustainability.This study provides strong support for the widespread application of green and energy-saving materials in housing construction.
