摘 要:绿色建筑的推行致力于达成节能减排、环境保护及持久发展的目标。本文充分展示了绿色建筑的概念,通过部署地热能热泵系统、太阳能电力系统、雨水采集与再利用设施、高效的空气净化体系及环保建筑材料,极大地提升了能源效率,有效降低了水耗,并优化了室内空气质量,从而确保了使用者的健康与舒适性。这些策略的优越性在于其明显的节能成效、资源利用率提升以及对环境的积极影响。绿色建筑的成功实施不仅增强了建筑项目的经济效能,也为工程管理积累了重要的实践经验,有力地促进了建筑业向绿色和可持续模式的转变。The promotion of Green Building is committed to achieving the goals of energy conservation,emission reduction,environmental protection,and sustainable development.This paper fully demonstrates the concept of Green Building.By deploying geothermal heat pump system,solar photovoltaic power generation,rainwater collection and reuse facilities,high-efficiency air purification system,and environment friendly building materials,it significantly improves energy efficiency,reduces water consumption,optimizes indoor air quality,thereby ensuring the health and comfort of users.The rationality of these strategies is reflected in significant energy-saving effects,resource utilization efficiency,and environmental benefits.The successful implementation of Green Building not only enhances economic benefits of building projects,but also accumulates valuable experience for project management,strongly promoting the transformation of the construction industry towards green and sustainable development.
