城市综合体建筑防火设计技术难点分析

摘　　要：城市综合体是现代城市中多功能、高密度的建筑形态,融合商业零售、商务办公、酒店餐饮、城轨交通、综合娱乐等多种功能,同时对防火安全的要求也极为严格。城市综合体建筑由于其规模大、功能复杂、人员密集等特点,面临着诸多防火设计技术的挑战。这些挑战包括但不限于材料选择、结构设计以及疏散安全,每一项都对防火安全系统的设计提出了高标准的需求。本文分析了城市综合体建筑在防火设计技术上的主要难点,探讨了防火系统的设计与整合,旨在提升城市综合体的防火安全性。Urban complexes are multifunctional and high-density architectural forms in modern cities,integrating various functions such as commercial retail,business offices,hotel catering,urban rail transit,and comprehensive entertainment.Consequently,stringent requirements for fire safety are imposed.Urban complex buildings,characterized by large scale,complex functions,and dense populations,face numerous challenges in fire protection design technology.These challenges include,but are not limited to,material selection,structural design,and evacuation safety,each demanding high standards for fire safety system design.This paper analyzes the main difficulties in fire protection design technology for urban complex buildings and discusses the design and integration of fire protection systems,aiming to enhance the fire safety of urban complexes.
