摘  要:腰椎间融合术已广泛应用于治疗腰椎滑脱及各种腰椎退行性疾病,其中后路腰椎间融合术(PLIF)以其较高的融合率和良好的术后恢复效果等优势,逐渐成为腰椎退行性疾病的主要手术方式。椎间融合器在PLIF术后被广泛应用,但大量研究表明,接受PLIF术的患者常出现椎间融合器下沉现象。PLIF术后椎间融合器下沉与患者的个体因素、融合器的特性以及手术操作等多种因素密切相关。在临床上,X线、CT或MRI等影像学检查可用于评估和预测PLIF术后的椎间融合情况。本文基于国内外研究文献,对PLIF术后椎间融合器下沉的危险因素及影像学预测研究进展进行综述,以期为预防PLIF术后椎间融合器下沉提供参考。Lumbar interbody fusion has been widely used to treat lumbar spondylolisthesis and various lumbar degenerative diseases.Among them,posterior lumbar interbody fusion(PLIF)has gradually become the main surgical modality for lumbar degenerative diseases due to its high fusion rate and good postoperative recovery effects.Interbody fusion cage are widely used after PLIF surgery,but numerous studies have shown that patients undergoing PLIF surgery often experience lumbar interbody fusion subsidence.Lumbar interbody fusion subsidence after PLIF surgery is closely related to individual patient factors,cage characteristics,and surgical procedures.In clinical practice,imaging examinations such as X-ray,CT,or MRI can be used to assess and predict lumbar interbody fusion after PLIF surgery.This article reviews the risk factors and imaging prediction research progress of lumbar interbody fusion subsidence after PLIF surgery based on literature in China and globally,aiming to provide references for preventing lumbar interbody fusion subsidence after PLIF.
