摘　　要：新质生产力与现代化产业体系不仅在理论层面内在契合、相辅相成,而且在实践中能够实现相互促进、良性互动。培育和发展新质生产力是引领建设现代化产业体系的革命性力量,加快建设现代化产业体系则为培育和发展新质生产力筑牢产业发展根基、提供应用转化渠道。构建现代化产业体系并不意味着忽视传统产业,而是将传统产业作为基础支撑,通过新质生产力赋能实现传统产业跃迁升级,拓展其发展空间。同时,传统产业也能够为发展新质生产力搭建重要载体。新兴产业既是现代化产业体系的关键节点和加快新旧动能接续转换的关键领域,又是培育和发展新质生产力的重要阵地和抓手。发展新质生产力为引领推动新兴产业的培育壮大提供强大动力支撑。未来产业是抢占国际产业竞争制高点的新赛道,加速布局未来产业是引领科技进步、带动产业升级、培育新质生产力的先导领域和战略选择。发展新质生产力是把握和引领未来产业发展布局的动力源头。The new quality productive forces and the modern industrial system not only demonstrate intrinsic theoretical compatibility and mutual reinforcement,but also achieve practical synergies and virtuous interactions.The cultivation and development of new quality productive forces serve as a revolutionary driver guiding the construction of a modern industrial system,while the accelerated establishment of the modern industrial system consolidates the industrial foundation and provides application-transformation channels for nurturing new quality productive forces.Building a modern industrial system does not entail neglecting traditional industries.Rather,it positions conventional sectors as foundational pillars that undergo leapfrog upgrades through empowerment by new quality productive forces,thereby expanding their developmental space.Concurrently,traditional industries provide crucial application platforms for advancing new quality productive forces.Emerging industries are not only the pivotal nodes of the modern industrial system and the key areas for accelerating the continuous transformation of new and old kinetic energy,but also an important position and starting point for cultivating and developing new quality productive forces.The development of new quality productive forces provides strong driving force support for leading and promoting the cultivation and growth of emerging industries.The future industry is a new track to seize the commanding heights of international industrial competition,and accelerating the layout of the future industry is a leading field and strategic choice to lead scientific and technological progress,drive industrial upgrading,and cultivate new quality productive forces.The development of new quality productive forces is the source of power to grasp and lead the future industrial development layout.This symbiotic relationship creates a mutually reinforcing cycle where cutting-edge productive capabilities and industrial modernization jointly propel high-quality economic development.
