摘　　要：以新型城镇化建设促进城乡产业融合发展,是推动城乡高质量融合进程的战略支撑。基于2011—2022年中国270个地级市的面板数据,利用新型城镇化综合试点政策的准自然实验,使用多期双重差分方法验证新型城镇化综合试点政策对城乡产业融合发展的影响与作用机制。研究发现:新型城镇化综合试点政策的实施有效推动了城乡产业融合发展,该结论经过一系列稳健性检验后依然成立;新型城镇化综合试点政策通过促进经济集聚、产业结构调整、基础设施建设推动城乡产业融合发展;新型城镇化综合试点政策对城乡产业融合发展的促进作用在东部地区、经济发达城市、大型城市以及非副省级城市中更加有效。Improving urban-rural industrial integration development with new-type urbanization construction is a strategic support to promote the process of high-quality urban-rural integration.Based on the panel data of 270 prefecture-level cities in China from 2011 to 2022,this paper uses the quasi-natural experimental characteristics of the comprehensive pilot policy of new-type urbanization to verify the impact and mechanism of the comprehensive pilot policy of new-type urbanization on the urban-rural industrial integration development by using the staggered difference-in-differences method.The study finds that:the implementation of the comprehensive pilot policy of new-type urbanization effectively promotes the integrated development of urban and rural industries,and the conclusion remains robust after a series of tests;the policy of new-type urbanization promotes the integrated development of urban and rural industries by promoting economic agglomeration,industrial restructuring,and infrastructure construction;the comprehensive pilot policy of new-type urbanization is more effective in promoting the integrated development of urban and rural industries in the eastern region,economically developed cities,large cities and non-sub-provincial cities.
