摘  要:为解决背水面涂料易起碱空鼓、随地基开裂而开裂等问题,在现有无机防水堵漏材料中分别掺加不同掺量的苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚乳液(SA乳液)、乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚乳液(VAE乳液)、水性环氧乳液(EP乳液)和氯丁乳液(CRL乳液),制得乳液改性无机防水堵漏材料,并对其性能进行研究。结果表明:掺加乳液会提高材料的流动度,并起到缓凝作用,且随着乳液掺量的增加,效果更明显。掺加乳液会降低材料的抗压强度,但会减小材料的收缩率,提高抗折、抗拉、粘结和抗渗强度。其中,SA乳液掺量15%时提高抗渗性能的效果最好;EP乳液掺量10%时提高拉伸粘结强度的效果最好,掺量15%时减小收缩率的效果最好;VAE乳液掺量15%时提高抗折强度的效果最好,掺量10%时提高拉伸抗拉强度的效果最好。In order to solve the problem that the back surface coating is prone to alkali hollowing and cracking with the foundation cracking,four kinds of polymer lotion styrene acrylate copolymer lotion(SA),ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer lotion(VAE),water-borne epoxy lotion(EP)and chloroprene lotion(CRL)with different contents are added into the existing inorganic waterproof and plugging materials to form lotion modified inorganic waterproof and plugging materials and their performance is tested.The results show that the addition of lotion can improve the fluidity and retard the setting,and the effect is more obvious with the increase of lotion content.At the same time,the addition of lotion will reduce the compressive strength,improve the bending strength,tensile strength,bonding strength and impermeability strength,and reduce the shrinkage rate.Among them,the SA content of 15%has the best effect on improving the impermeability performance.The best effect is to increase the tensile bonding strength with an EP dosage of 10%,and to reduce the shrinkage rate with 15%.The best effect is to increase the flexural strength with a VAE content of 15%,and the best effect is to increase the tensile strength with a VAE content of 10%.
