摘 要:为解决传统侧墙防水层保护材料施工质量不可控和保护效果不佳的问题,通过对现有保护措施的分析,开发了壳盾侧墙自粘立体保护板,对其物理性能和粘接性能进行了测试,并测试其在地下工程侧墙防水保护中实际应用效果。结果显示,与传统材料相比,自粘立体保护板具有更高的抗压强度和良好的粘接性能,施工简便,且对防水层实现无损保护,具有良好的保护效果,是一种高可靠性的新型侧墙防护材料,可在地下工程中推广应用。To address the issues of uncontrollable construction quality and inadequate protection effectiveness of traditional sidewall waterproof layer protection materials,this study developed a self-adhesive three-dimensional protection board named"Shell Shield"through the analysis of existing protection measures.The physical and adhesive properties of the board were tested,and its practical application effectiveness in the waterproof protection of underground engineering sidewalls was evaluated.The results indicate that,compared to traditional materials,the self-adhesive three-dimensional protection board exhibits higher compressive strength and superior adhesive properties.It is easy to construct,provides non-destructive protection to the waterproof layer,and demonstrates excellent protective effects.This makes it a highly reliable new type of sidewall protection material,suitable for promotion and application in underground engineering projects.
