摘  要:借鉴CRTSⅢ型板的“双孔限位式预制轨道板”结构,常用于城市轨道交通工程,其填充层自密实混凝土的性能与轨道板的荷载能力密切相关。试验研究了粘度改性材料掺量对C40自密实混凝土工作性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明,掺入粘度改性材料有效改善了混凝土工作性能和力学性能,掺量为30 kg/m^(3)时,初始扩展度为680 mm,T_(500)为3.89 s,含气量为7.8%,3 h状态无损失,56 d抗压强度达52.5 MPa,混凝土的工作性能和力学性能最佳,并成功应用于南京地铁6号线工程。As a"double-hole limiting prefabricated track slab"structure born from CRTSⅢtype slab,it is commonly used in urban rail transit engineering,and the performance of its filling layer of self-compacting concrete is closely related to the load capacity of the track slab.The working properties and mechanical properties of C40 self-compacting concrete with different viscosity modified material content were studied experimentally.It is found that the incorporation of viscosity modified materials can effectively improve the working and mechanical properties of concrete.When the dosage of the viscosity modified material is 30 kg/m^(3),the initial expansion is 680 mm,the T_(500) is 3.89 s,the gas content is 7.8%,there is no loss in the 3 h state,the compressive strength is 52.5 MPa in 56 days,and the working and mechanical properties of C40 self-compacting concrete are the best.Finally,the unveiling experiment was completed and successfully applied to Nanjing Metro Line 6.
