摘 要:对某混凝土搅拌站废渣进行成分分析,研究了不同废渣替代率对再生混凝土工作性能及力学性能的影响。结果表明:由于混凝土废渣已发生水化反应,活性较低,且吸水性强,强度较低,故随着废渣替代率增大,再生混凝土坍落度减小,抗压强度降低,当废渣替代率为60%时,混凝土坍落度较未掺组减小了20.3%,7、28 d抗压强度分别较未掺组降低了25.6%、14.7%。建立了再生混凝土密度与抗压强度的关系式,综合考虑施工性能、力学性能及经济性,最终确定废渣替代率以30%为最佳。The article analyzes the composition of waste residue from a concrete mixing plant and explores the impact of different amounts of waste residue on the basic working properties and mechanical properties of recycled concrete.The experimental results show that due to the hydration reaction of concrete waste residue,its activity is low,its water absorption is strong,and its strength is poor.With the increase of waste residue content,the slump of recycled concrete reduces,and the compressive strength decreases slightly.When the substitution rate of waste residue is 60%,the slump of concrete decreases by 20.3%compared to the untreated group,and the compressive strength at 7 and 28 days decreases by 25.6%and 14.7%respectively compared to the untreated group.Further established the relationship between the density and compressive strength of recycled concrete,and ultimately obtained a 30%waste residue content as a more suitable alternative ratio,which can achieve a balance in construction performance,mechanical strength,and economy.
