摘 要:选择直链烷基磺酸钠(LAS)、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-9)为表面活性剂,以羟基乙叉二磷酸(HEDP)、柠檬酸为螯合剂,以D-葡萄糖酸钠为pH值缓冲剂,制备一种适用于混凝土表面铁锈斑清洗的弱酸性清洗剂。通过单因素及正交试验,确定清洗剂最佳配方E1为:5%柠檬酸+4%HEDP+3%LAS+3%AEO-9,采用D-葡萄糖酸钠将pH值调节到6。并与质量分数为9%草酸、0.1 mol/L盐酸溶液进行清洗效果及对混凝土性能影响对比试验。结果表明:在(35±2)℃条件下,清洗30 min,清洗剂E1对锈斑的清洗率可达81.7%,与草酸清洗剂近似;清洗剂E1浸泡3 d后的混凝土抗压耐腐蚀系数为0.912,优于9%草酸、0.1 mol/L的盐酸清洗剂。A weakly acidic cleaning agent suitable for cleaning rust spots on concrete surfaces was prepared by selecting surfactants sodium linear alkyl sulfonate(LAS),fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether(AEO-9),hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid,citric acid as complexing agents,and D-gluconate sodium as pH buffering agent.Through single factor and orthogonal experiments,the optimal formula for the cleaning agent was determined to be 5%citric acid(all in mass fractions)+4%HEDP+3%LAS+3%AEO-9,and the pH value was adjusted to 6 using sodium D-gluconate.And compared with a quality fraction of 9%oxalic acid and 0.1 mol/L hydrochloric acid solution,the cleaning effect and its impact on concrete performance were tested.The results showed that under the condition of(35±2)℃and 30 minutes of cleaning,the cleaning agent prepared in this article had a cleaning rate of 81.7%for rust spots,which was similar to oxalic acid cleaning agent.The compressive corrosion resistance coefficient of concrete after soaking was 0.912,which was better than 9%oxalic acid and 0.1 mol/L hydrochloric acid cleaning agent.
