青海地区居住建筑不同朝向外墙保温层经济性分析

摘  要:以青海省西宁市居住建筑为研究对象,通过EnergyPlus软件进行模拟,针对不同朝向外墙,分析了保温材料类型及厚度对建筑供暖能耗的影响。结合全生命周期成本法,得到了4个朝向3种保温材料的保温层经济厚度及总费用。结果表明:增加北墙保温层厚度可以有效降低建筑供暖能耗,采用石墨聚苯板保温材料建筑节能率最高,与岩棉板相比提高约1%;在朝向相同时,保温层经济厚度由大到小依次为玻璃棉板、岩棉板、石墨聚苯板;在保温材料相同时,南墙的经济厚度最小,总费用最高,北墙的经济厚度最大,总费用最低。Taking the residential buildings in Xining City,Qinghai Province as the research object.The simulation is carried out by EnergyPlus software.The effects of insulation material types and thickness on building heating energy consumption were analyzed for exterior walls with different orientations.By combining whole life cycle costing method,the thickness and total cost of 3 thermal insulation materials in 4 orientations are obtained.The results show that increasing the thickness of the insulation layer on the north wall can effectively reduce the energy consumption of building heating,and the energy saving rate of building with graphite polystyrene board insulation material is the highest,which is about 1%higher than that of rock wool board.When the orientation is certain,the economic thickness of the insulation layer from large to small is glass wool board,rock wool board and graphite polystyrene board.When the insulation material is fixed,the economic thickness of the south wall is the smallest and the total cost is the highest,while the economic thickness of the north wall is the largest and the total cost is the lowest.
