摘　　要：硅墨烯免拆模外墙保温系统采用硅墨烯免拆模保温板作为外模板及夹心保温材料,将模板、保温两道工序合二为一。结合工程实际,从原材料、特殊工艺要求、样板管理、深化设计、拼缝处理和平整度控制等进行了讨论和研究。结果表明,硅墨烯板在施工前应进行排板深化设计,并采取正确的切割方式,以保证材料的利用效率和外观质量。平整度保障是施工难点,应控制锚固件不突出于完成面,同时充分利用横纵向木楞来辅助保证平整度。Silica-graphene mold-free exterior wall insulation system uses silica-graphene board as an external formwork and sandwich thermal insulation material.The system combines the two processes of formwork and thermal insulation into one.In this paper,the raw materials,special process requirements,formwork management,detailed design,joint treatment and flatness control are discussed and studied in combination with the engineering practice.The results show that the silicone-graphene material must be typeset and detailed designed before construction,and the correct cutting method must be adopted to ensure the utilization efficiency and appearance quality of the material.The flatness guarantee is a difficult point in construction,and the anchors should be controlled not to protrude from the finished surface,and the horizontal and longitudinal timber beams should be fully used to assist in ensuring the flatness.
